Seville is already used to grandiose events that gather thousands of spectators from all over the world. The city finished the year 2022 with record figures.
Last year, 212 different filming and 176 sporting, cultural and entertainment events were held in Seville. The economic effect of these events was high: 100 million at the Dior fashion show alone and 60 million at the UEFA finals. Most often, commercials, full-length and short films, documentaries and music videos were filmed there.
Among the most famous shootings are the Netflix blockbuster called Kaos starring Jeff Goldblum, the Spanish TV series Honor and El hijo zurdo for Movistar. Among the grandiose events are the Dior The Cruise 2023 show, the finals of the UEFA Europa League and the King’s Cup, the World Football Summit, Japan Week.
