To go skiing or snowboarding, you will have to drive only 1.5-2 hours from Valencia. Today we are talking about the neighboring ski resorts.
Valdelinares
This ski resort is located 144 kilometers from the center of Valencia and offers everything you need for an active day among the snowy mountains. There are trails of different difficulty levels and 12 comfortable lifts. Restaurants and service points are located at elevations of 1,700 and 2,000 meters at both ends of the station.
Javalambre
140 kilometers from Valencia is this resort, which has 14 tracks for freestyle and one for skicross. There are 9 lifts on the territory to facilitate movement. Sabina, Lapiaz and Portillo are the areas of the station where there is a restaurant, toilets and equipment rental. The maximum height of the trails is 2000 meters, and the minimum is 1650.
Rental price:
The cost of a day pass is 29.50 euros for adults, if it is purchased through the website or application of each of the ski resorts. In case of on-site purchase, the cost will be 38.50 euros. As for children’s prices, these are 25.70 euros and 31 euros, depending on the place of purchase.
Both stations also offer to purchase a subscription + equipment rental via the website or in person, as well as to stay in one of the resort hotels.
