This year, 42 events are planned on the streets of Barcelona as part of the Carnival 2023. Each of them has its own characteristics: some of them are organized by local organizations, others are very spectacular and spectacular, others tell about carnivals from other parts of the world.

Today, on February 17, three Carnavalassu infantil processions will be held in this area. One of the processions will depart from Plaza Comercial Square, the other from Plaza de Sant Pere Square at 17:00. Both of them will finish in the Pou de la Figuera. And at 17:45, the third procession called Rúa del Carnavalassu starts (from Plaza del Rei to Plaza de la Mercè). A chocolate fair and live music are waiting for residents on the square of its finish.
The Raval district will host its own La Ravalstoltada procession, which will depart today at 17:30 from the Plaza de la Gardunya square and will end at the Plaza de Folch y Torres with a costume contest.
In Barceloneta, the procession will start moving at 16:45 from Centro Cívico de la Barceloneta to Plaza Poeta Boscà. The participants promise a bright musical accompaniment.
On Saturday, February 18, at 11:15, the procession of Rúa de la asociación Jardines de Emma en la Escola Diputació will begin, and at 17:00 – Rúa de Carnaval de Sant Antoni (near the Centro Cívico Cotxeres Borrell). At the end, everyone is waiting for the tastiest hot chocolate. On the territory of the Mercado de los Encants market, starting at 12:00, a costume contest will be held, the winner of which is promised a visit to a luxury spa. Live music will be available there until 14:00.
At 16:30, the Rúa de Carnaval de Sarrià march will take place, which will begin at Plaza de la Vila Square and end at the Casa Orlandai Cultural Center, where live music from The Boogies will be played at 20:00, and at 22:00 from DJ Txarnegö.
On February 18, at 17:00, the procession of this area with the participation of the Tokem x Tu Party brass band will begin on the Plaza de La Sedeta Square, and at 19:00, a family performance organized by Els Coloraines will take place on the same square.
